  1. 1. Open Internet Explorer. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  2. 2. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted sites icon (the green tick)
  3. 3. Click sites. enter '*.samsungnetwork.com' and click Add.
  4. 4. Click close, then click OK.
